The Consignment Process
Step 01
GET APPROVAL AND QUOTE
Send us photos and details of your item to get approval and quote using the form above.
Step 02
FILL OUT THE FORM
We will email you a copy of the Consignment Guidelines and you may download the Consignment Form
IF YOUR ITEM IS APPROVED. FILL-UP & SUBMIT OUR CONSIGNMENT FORM
We will send you our Consignment Guidelines and Consignment Form.
Please review the Consignment Guidelines and fill out the Consignment Form with all the required information.
Then please send a hard copy of your signed Consignment Form and a copy of your valid ID together with your item/s. Alternatively, you may email us back all the requirements.
Step 03
BRING OR SHIP YOUR ITEMS
Send us the items for assessment, authentication, and final approval.
DELIVER YOUR ITEMS TO OUR SHOWROOM
Send your items in-person or via delivery service (at your expense) for assessment, authentication, and final approval at either of our showrooms:
- 2nd Level, Retail Row, The Grove by Rockwell, Pasig City
- Le Domaine Building, Tordesillas Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City
Please book an appointment with us at least (2) two business days ahead of your preferred schedule.
Step 04
WE SELL IT FOR YOU
We will list your items on our website and keep them for two months.
WE MARKET & SELL YOUR ITEMS
Your item/s will be posted on our website www.thebaghub.com and social media accounts for (60) sixty days, with The Bag Hub holding exclusive rights as your sole consignor during this period.
After (60) sixty days, you may choose to renew our exclusive consignment at full price or at a discount to enjoy continuous sales opportunities for your item/s or pull out your item/s.
Step 05
GET PAID
All payments due to you will be made 14 business days after your item has been received by the buyer.
GET PAID
Once your item is confirmed sold, we process the payment immediately.
All payments are made via dated or postdated checks, available for release two weeks after the sale confirmation, ensuring a secure and transparent transaction for your peace of mind.
